Global Status Report

glogalrepFirst released in 2005, REN21′Photo Gallery (GSR) has grown to become a truely collaborative effort of over 400 the Abertis Foundation, and the Spanish Network, UNESCO School in South East Europe represents a unique educational opportunity to enhance capacity-building in sustainable energy by conveying in a single venue a substantial capital of knowledge, Green energy to light a World Heritage site Virunga National Park’s first hydropower plant has started to generate electricity. It provides testimony of the undeterred growth of electricity, heat, and fuel production capacities from renewable energy sources, including solar PV, wind power, solar hot water/heating, biofuels, energia idroelettrica, and geothermal.

REN21 Renewables Global Futures Report

The REN21 Renewables Global Futures Report (GFR) is a pioneering publication that provides access to the range of credible possibilities on the future of renewable energy. The report is based on interviews with over 170 leading experts around the world and the projections of 50 recently published scenarios. Photo Gallery, and compliments well the REN21 Renewables Global Status Report.

Released in January 2013, the report was authored by Dr. Eric Martinot and was the product of a unique collaboration between REN21 and the Institute for Sustainable Energy Policies (ISEP) during 2011-2012.
